Virtual Support for QuickBooks

Book Entry Tech has a great interactive tool that lets you see how we get your QuickBooks issues resolved. BET effectively enters live transactions to your working file with this simple process.

Virtual support is intended to provide technical assistance for QuickBooks user issues and training for those businesses that maintain their own books.

If you are not a current client of Book Entry Tech, you will be asked to provide your credit card information before the virtual session begins. Charge will be made to your credit card at the end of the session. Virtual Support fees are $1 per minute, with a 30 minute minimum.

 
Virtual Session APPOINTMENTS:

1. Setup begins by requesting a virtual appointment. Please fill out the  contact form requesting a date and time. We'd like to hear from you!

2. We will respond by email with your virtual session appointment date/time and your virtual session instructions.

3.  During the appointment, you will be in phone contact with us and we will walk you through the virtual session instructions.

Note: Support is not available for Mac Operating Systems.

When you select a bookkeeper, and click “GO”- you'll then see a security file download warning. Simply click "RUN" to start the .exe application for your Virtual Support session to begin!
